The Panorama@Work team partnered with Tree felling ZA and AK Landscaping and took on this massive project to clear Excell Park of all of its alien vegetation. We started at 8am this morning and by 16:30 we called it the day.
Hundreds of bugweed trees have been removed and we also cut up some fallen trees. Lastly we lifted some of the tree lines so we can see under them.
We want to thank each and every resident who came out today and spent some time with us. Unfortunately we didn’t get pictures of the residents but you know who you are.
Lastly thank you to Beagle Watch Armed Response and EC Security who kept a watchful eye on us and our equiptment while we were working.
We have got the commitment from JoburgParks that they will come and remove all cuttings during the week.
