Panorama Residents Association shining the light on the lack of service delivery from JRA and other COJ Entities and have been busy cleaning up and repairing where the city is failing them.All of this comes out the R250 Yearly membership fee which they charge the Residents in their area. This is the same Residents who pay rates and taxes to city of Johannesburg.
