Just once again the power of the Panorama Residents Association is proven. We received a call from a resident at 9:58 about a structure on fire in our area. Honeydew Community Police Forum – CPF members responded and got to scene first who relayed information back to other responding services. Within 10 minutes of the first call Fire Ops SA vehicle arrives followed by a second and third. City of Joburg EMS also responded from Dobsonville with a Engine and a Skid unit. The fire was luckily contained to only the Lapa area.Well done to everyone that responded to this scene.
